Job Description
New Business Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Switzerland/Ecublens, directly reporting to Automotive Refinish Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit existing customers and acquire new clients
- Independently plan your routes and customer visits
- Take strong personal responsibility for achieving targets and developing new business
- Gather market intelligence (trends and competitor activities)
- Prepare materials for sales meetings (project lists)
- Present project lists internally
- Prepare budgets and business plans (territory‑specific and according to guidelines)
- Manage the pipeline and customer activities
- Provide technical advice directly on‑site at customer locations
- Coordinate technical service interventions with customers
- Introduce new products to customers
