The GSW New Hire Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering engaging, consistent, and thorough orientation training to all new employees across the organization. This includes field personnel such as linemen, groundmen, apprentices, and foremen, as well as office and leadership roles including project managers and operations managers. The trainer serves as the first impression of the company's culture, values, and safety expectations for every new hire.
