The New Home Real Estate Specialist plays a dynamic role supporting Sales Operations by leading key reporting, system support, policy development, onboarding, and training processes. What you’ll do

• Research and maintain value graph inputs and competitor summaries across all Mattamy markets.
• Monitor competitor activity and notify Sales teams of upcoming launches requiring on‑site validation.
• Visit competitor sales offices as needed to confirm pricing, product, and availability.
• Support the rollout and testing of value graph systems.
• Produce and distribute weekly sales reports to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
