About the role of a Sales Consultant

The New Home Sales Consultant job will be responsible for securing the sale of new homes in Liverpool and to achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets. You will utilise sales tools, promotions and incentives, to manage all sales proceedings including regular contact with customers with regards to contract exchange deadline to ensure that are that these are achieved and customers are kept fully informed throughout the buying process ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered
