Job Description

The candidate will be embedded within AHE Finance Organization, acting as the bridge between Finance and Operations.

• Financial Governance: Lead the financial definition of the AHE Transformation 2030 roadmap, aligning project outcomes with company-wide KPIs and long-term strategy.
• Operational Integration: Work in the field with project leaders to build robust business cases, ensuring a clear focus on Return on Investment (ROI) and cost efficiency from the definition phase to closure.
• Performance Tracking: Perform project drumbeating through a financial lens-tracking milestones, analyzing variances, and managing the Score project cost‑saving mechanisms in the Europe Region.
