Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain Nexthink digital experience monitoring platform Create and manage Nexthink dashboards, libraries, and campaigns Develop Nexthink Remote Actions for automated remediation Configure Digital Experience Scores (DEX) and health metrics Integrate DEX telemetry with IT operations workflows Analyze user experience data to identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with support teams to correlate DEX scores with incident data Generate regular reports on digital employee experience trends Proactively identify underperforming endpoints or applications Provide training to IT teams on Nexthink capabilities and usage Develop custom remote actions to resolve common issues automatically Integrate Nexthink with ServiceNow for automated ticket creation Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Te...
