Your Day to Day
In this key role as Night Audit, you will work closely with multiple departments, including room service and front office operations, to deliver a personalized guest experience that goes beyond expectations.
Your responsibilities.
- Handling guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth room allocations and check-in/check-out processes.
- Running reports and reconciling hotel financials.
- Ensuring room service orders are delivered efficiently.
- Assisting guests with inquiries and requests, from handling incoming calls to coordinating luggage, transportation, and other services.
