Night Manager

Location: Cabo Del Sol, Baja Peninsula, Mexico.

Reporting Level: Operations – Assistant Department Head.

• Manage Front Desk/La Casona activities during the overnight shift.
• Direct and supervise overnight staff.
• Communicate and follow up with the day shift on any problems, guest requests or special requirements.
• Tour the hotel regularly and monitor all departments to ensure standards are met and guest needs are satisfied.
• Handle all guest relocations according to established guidelines.
• Resolve customer complaints from all areas, providing highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, operations, personnel, events, directions, and more.
• Respond to all guest requests accurately and timely, in person and by phone.
• Review late arrivals, early departures, and plan next day’s activities.
