**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate dozer equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and site operations
+ Perform grading, stockpiling, and material movement according to operational needs
+ Conduct routine equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns
+ Follow site safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational guidelines at all times
+ Collaborate with plant and equipment operators to maintain smooth site operations
