**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and controls to maintain reliable plant operations
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
+ Install, test, and calibrate electrical components and instrumentation in accordance with codes and standards
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to execute work safely and accurately
+ Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize work, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement
