**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and safety compliance
+ Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery
+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
+ Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance
+ Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and operational goals
