We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our client within a busy heavy manufacturing environment. The role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis, with an opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 12‑month training period. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor heavy manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up machines in line with production requirements
• Carry out routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Identify and report faults, defects, or maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
