Duties & Responsibilities

Manage employees effectively and according to values

Excellent and professional customer service

Attention to accuracy and correctness (expiry dates, stock rotation, quantities of different products)

Manage de-briefing according to company procedures and protocol.

Management and control of stock counts - ensure accurate reporting of stock

Cleanliness of premises - Outside, loading area and returns

Cleanliness of cold room, products in rows and grouping of products

Escalation of errors/damage on system with evidence

Management of FIFO in cold room to avoid stock losses.

Daily checking and recording of products' dates

Management of damaged stock to avoid losses.

Verify at least ten trucks during your shift.
