Job Summary Perform finishing work on concrete surfaces to produce smooth, durable, and specification-compliant finishes. Tasks include placing, finishing, curing, and repairing concrete in a variety of construction settings. Number of Positions 1 Main Duties Prepare and level subgrade, construct and align forms, and place reinforcement as required for pours. Mix, pour, transport, and place concrete using wheelbarrows, pumps, or other equipment to achieve specified consistency. Operate hand and power finishing tools such as screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, and power trowels to achieve required surface texture and slope. Install control and expansion joints, perform saw cutting, apply curing compounds, and execute surface treatments. Inspect finished surfaces, perform patching and repairs, and ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
