Job Description
Role Summary
We are recruiting L2 NOC Engineers to operate a 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre monitoring a large enterprise estate (network, compute, storage, cloud). Engineers work rotating shifts, perform first-response on alerts, drive incident triage, and escalate to L3 when required. Work is dashboard- and ticket-driven; Arabic is a plus but not required for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure health (network, compute, storage, cloud) via NOC dashboards.
- Acknowledge, triage, and respond to alerts within agreed SLAs.
- Perform first-line troubleshooting on network and infrastructure incidents.
- Open, update, and close incident tickets in the ITSM tool with high quality notes.
- Execute documented run-book procedures for known incident patterns.
- Escalate complex/unknown incidents to L3 with clear context and timeline.
