Non Executive - Plant Supervisor/Plant Technician

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM, SKM, Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Process Technology, or related technical disciplines.
2. Diploma or higher qualification will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Biomethane, BioCNG, Biogas, Palm Oil Mill, Utilities, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, or related process industries.
4. Experience in supervising plant operations, shift activities, or manpower management will be an added advantage.
5. Good knowledge of plant operations, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and industrial safety practices.
6. Familiarity with SOPs, PTW, LOTO, risk assessment, and safe work procedures.
7. Strong hands‑on skills in operating and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment.
8. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
9. Able to work independently as well as in a team‑oriented environment. <...
