Overview
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Non‑Financial Risk Specialist to join our Non‑Financial Risk Team of ING Spain. In the role of NFR Specialist, you will hierarchically report to the Head of NFR.
ING is restructuring its processes, controls, and infrastructure to transform itself into a Digital Bank with the goal of end‑to‑end straight through processing. Non‑Financial Risk Management uses sound principles of risk management to ensure that everything related to operational risk is within the risk appetite of the Bank, maintaining the control environment at an acceptable level following a risk‑based approach (proportionate to its value and criticality).
