Non-SET Surgical Registrar, Plastics | Commencing August or later - Fixed Term until February 2027

About the Role

We are seeking a Non-Training Surgical Registrar to join us for the second half of 2026 in a Plastics run.

Qualifications

• Completed PGY2 year or equivalent
• Completion of General Surgical Science Examination (GSSE) would be advantageous
• Keen passion for surgery
• Experience in a number of Surgical Services
• Knowledge and commitment of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how the principles can be applied to health
• Willingness to grow and further develop an equity lens and skillset, both to assist Māori and minority groups
• Must be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
