Job Description
**We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Academy Lead to design and deliver impactful training programs that inspire growth and development across our organization. Your workplace can be in Norway or Denmark.**
**About the role**
You will be responsible for turning our strategy into practical learning programs that align with our business goals and fostering a culture of learning that empowers employees at all levels to grow, innovate, and take the lead. You will report to the Group Head of People & Culture. You will work closely with our Learning & Development Lead as well as all regional People & Culture teams and regional managers.

Responsible for digital learning platforms (manage users, course modules, and data).
Design and develop internal training content tailored to various teams and roles.
Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and ongoing learning initiatives.
