Job Description
Drive innovation at North Star as a Process Engineer responsible for optimizing window and door product lines. Focus on enhancing efficiency, safety, and quality through advanced engineering practices.
The Process Engineer will work with Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams to evaluate processes and implement solutions that elevate production standards. This includes conducting time studies, supporting new product launches, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your ability to analyze production data will propel continuous improvement initiatives.
