We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Renewals Specialist to join a growing team in Malaga . In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer renewals, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring contract continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer contract renewals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify opportunities for account growth and retention
• Ensure a smooth renewal process and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Good level of English
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer success
