NP or PA needed in Julesburg, CO

About the POSITION:

• This role is a hybrid position that involves full-spectrum medicine including seeing primary care patients in our Clinic in Julesburg, CO, and assuming hospitalist and emergency department on-call coverage duties at the Hospital. The Clinic and Hospital are attached facilities, and it takes roughly two minutes to walk from the clinic area of the building to the ED for emergency calls.
• Clinic Schedules for providers are on a 4x10 schedule, M-F. Each provider is guaranteed a day off on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. We have all providers in-house on Mondays and Fridays to accommodate meetings.
• Providers are expected to take 8-9 call shifts a month, but not to exceed a total of 120 shifts in a year. These call shifts are 24-hour periods and start/end at 6am.
