NPD Manager ( Accessories & Collaterals)

About the role

The Accessory Manager is responsible for managing the development of innovative, high‑performing, and beautifully executed accessories and tools. This role focuses on the day‑to‑day development of accessories, tools and collateral products – from concept through to artist collaboration, supplier engagement and project management.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Brand Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, Quality, Design and Copy, ensuring strong alignment and smooth delivery against critical paths and key deadlines.

A significant part of the role is building and managing strong supplier relationships in partnership with Procurement – from initial briefing and cost negotiations through to final delivery. The role requires teamwork, confidence in managing challenges, navigating conflicting priorities and knowing when to escalates to keep projects moving forward.
