NPI Engineer (Assembly Specialist & Trainer)
Location: Penang, Malaysia | Employment Type: Full-time | Req ID: 10122
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Process Integration, Process Engineering, and Equipment Development & Automation teams to assemble and build prototypes and samples in accordance with the build plan.
- Provide feedback on process and equipment improvements following the sample builds.
- Work with the Documentation Specialist team to create Work Instructions (WI).
- Train operators on assembly procedures using the established WI.
- Ensure operators accurately follow work instructions and monitor their performance, providing additional training as needed.
- Maintain training records and operator competencies, regularly updating them to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to assembly and training processes.
