NPI Product Engineer – Lead New Product Launches

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced candidate in Bayan Lepas, Penang, to oversee new product introductions and PCN changes. The ideal applicant will possess a recognized engineering degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include improving production yields, solving product issues, and supporting manufacturing with strong technical knowledge. Candidates with experience in RF and AI are preferred.

This role will contribute to ensuring the quality of products while enhancing collaboration within the team.
