• Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing NPI projects within established professional standards, established policy, and/or established objectives.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Delegate project tasks to project team members; coordination & documentation.
• Track project performance according to the respective phase gates, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Understand technical risk and push the technical envelope whenever possible to design packaging solutions that are processable, optimizing quality vs cost and cycle time.
