Employing Institution: National Skin Centre (NSC)
Position: Staff Nurse (1 Year Contract)
Role Description- Responsible for performing care assessment, planning and management in accordance with established ambulatory nursing policies, standards and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to achieve quality holistic care.
- Initiates service development and quality improvement projects. Provides patient, family and/or caregiver education as well as promotes health and well-being.
- Guides and supervises the support care team, junior staff and students.
- Recommends initiatives and implements quality improvement, evidence-based practice or research projects.
- Person-centred Care
- Perform biopsychosocial and environmental assessments to identify strengths and needs of patients, families and/or caregivers.
