Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Assignment Details: Contract Length: Minimum 10 weeks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Nuclear Medicine experience required
• ARRT(N) or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine certification) required
• ARRT(R) (Radiography) required
• BLS required
• New Mexico state license required (pending license accepted at submission)
• Preferred: PET license, CT license for PET/CT helpful (CT license can be pending)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures (cardiac, bone, HIDA, etc.).
• Operate SPECT and PET systems according to established protocols.
• Handle, store, and dispose of radioactive materials safely.
• Conduct venous blood draws and maintain peripheral IVs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
