Nurse Manager - Upstate University Medicine at Township 5

Responsible for the overall nursing and clinical operations and management of the Upstate University Medicine practice at Township 5. Working under the UUMAS Director of Quality and Practice Operations, the Nurse Manager will develop and maintain operational strategies, a compliance program, employee engagement and turnover initiatives, patient experience and clinical quality.

The Nurse Manager, in addition to the specific responsibilities listed below, may assist the Practice Manager in developing other key projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, licensed as a RN in New York State, and 3 years professional nursing experience.
