Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Nurse Manager of Surgical Services in Suffolk, VA!
Hours: 7:00-3:30 Monday-Friday - Occasional weekends and evening hour s
The Nurse Manager of Surgical Services can expect around 45 direct reports including RN's, Unit Coordinators, Surgical Assistants and CSTs. This is an 8-bed operating room with 5 Licensed OR beds and 1 procedure room. Services include General, Bariatric, Vascular, Ortho, GYN, Podiatry, and plans on expanding to trauma level 3 room. Hours are primarily 8 hour days with 24/7 accountability - some flexibility to meet with evening, weekend, and night shift staff is expected.
