Site: NorWest Co-op Community Health (Access NorWest). Department: Walk-In Connected Care. Responsible To: Director of Primary Care. EFT: 0.5 EFT (part-time). Status: Permanent. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible. Anticipated Shift: Days, Evenings, Weekends. Daily Hours of Work: 7.75 hours. Union: MNU-WCHREO. Salary: As per MNU Collective Agreement.

Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner will function within an interdisciplinary primary health care team as a first-line provider of episodic care within our Walk-In Connected Care Clinic as well, prevention and promotion to clients living in the Inkster/Seven Oaks Community and beyond.
