About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We specialise in primary care for residents in aged care. You will work autonomously and collaboratively to provide high‑quality, resident‑centred care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of residents in aged care facilities.
