Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Employee Wellness Clinic (Corporate)

Location: Shepherdsville, KY 40109. Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099). Pay Rate: $130/hr onsite patient care hours, $100/hr telemedicine lab review hours. Schedule: 8/4 & 8/5, Dayshift.

A workplace wellness screening program is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide onsite preventive wellness services within a professional workplace environment in Shepherdsville, KY. This role focuses on preventive care, health screenings, and wellness consultations delivered during scheduled clinic events.

Providers typically see up to 20 patients per clinic day and must be comfortable practicing autonomously while making independent clinical decisions within their scope of practice. Clinic events are scheduled periodically based on workplace wellness programming and are not part of a fixed weekly schedule. Administrative coordination is provided for scheduling and clinic logistics.
