Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team in Fort St. James. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on longitudinal care and opioid agonist therapy (OAT). The NP will work closely with family physicians, patient care assistants, and an integrated professional team to deliver high‑quality, culturally safe care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide longitudinal primary care to a diverse patient population.
- Deliver opioid agonist therapy as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Collaborate with family physicians and other health professionals in a collegial and supportive environment.
- Participate in rotational outreach travel (1-2 days/month) to the communities of Nak'azdli and Tl'azt'en.
