Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant CVICU-CVIMU – Full-Time Nights – Houston, TX

Position Highlights
Full-time schedule: 3x12s (night shifts)

No weekend shifts and no on-call responsibilities

Rotating holiday coverage
Candidate Requirements
AGACNP or PA-C certification required

2–3 years of RN or NP or PA experience in Critical Care required

Cardiology experience strongly preferred

New graduate PA or NPs must have prior RN experience in Critical Care ICU or Cardiac Care units, including exposure to: Fresh transplants
Cardiovascular recovery
LVADs and ECMO 

Experience with heart failure patient population
Patient Population
Cardiothoracic surgery patients

Endovascular and open aortic repair cases

CABG and valve surgeries
