• Position Overview The NP or PA delivers frontline clinical care during mobile outreach shifts, focusing on acute urgent care, infectious disease screening, vaccinations, and harm reduction education.
• Working alongside clinical providers, Peacekeepers, and outreach staff, the NP/PA serves as a trusted bridge to medical and social services across van-based and street medicine sites throughout Chicago.
