100% FTE, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No holidays or call.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:
* Perform annual physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our family medicine population.
* Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly.
* Perform telemedicine (video and telephone) visits.
* Perform routine clinical procedures independently including wart removal, paps smears, IUD removal, IUD/Nexplanon placement and skin lesion removals.
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner:
* Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
