Job Description

Work Schedule: 
60% FTE, Monday through Friday, day hours. Hours may vary based on operational needs.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:
Provide care to patients with neurosurgical congenital conditions that are transitioning from pediatrics to adulthood. 
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care for complex patients.
Host independent clinics to address ambulatory care needs.
Independently round on patients when hospitalized.
