As Wayspring’s Primary Care Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of a groundbreaking model that blends holistic care with substance use disorder treatment for underserved populations. In role, you’ll provide high-impact care through a mix of virtual and in-person visits, working as part of a dynamic, mission-driven team. You'll help shape personalized recovery plans, deliver MAT where needed, and support patients facing complex medical and behavioral health needs.
