Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

The Judge Group is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform in-person preventative health risk assessments for health plan members. This is a per diem opportunity with flexible scheduling. Providers will complete assessments in members’ personal living spaces and may be required to travel within an assigned service area.

Position Overview

The provider will be responsible for conducting comprehensive, no-cost annual preventative health assessments for Medicare, Medicaid, and Affordable Care Act members. Assessments are scheduled in flexible appointment windows and are completed in the member’s home or personal living environment.
