The Nurse Supervisor at MacNeal Hospital maintains continuous patient care and consistent application of Loyola University Medical Center policies and procedures by supervising nursing activities and nursing personnel on assigned shift. The supervisor promotes MAGIS behavior within the organization and patient care area; and supports various health system-sponsored programs.
