Nurse - The Medical City Clinic (SM Sta. Mesa)

I. Purpose of the Position

This role is responsible for assisting the doctors in administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, handling medical emergencies, and providing critical assistance to patients as needed.

II. Key Result Areas | Duties and Responsibilities

A. Patient Care Administration

1. Gathers and records patients’ vital signs

2. Finds out and records patients’ medical history

3. Ensures patients’ safety and comfort

B. Medical Efficiency

1. Develops appropriate nursing care plans

2. Performs triaging of patients

3. Performs routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and injections

C. Administrative Efficiency

1. Documents data of patients through charting

2. Monitors inventory and ensures availability of related medical supplies

3. Submits census report every month

4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
