Hours: Full Time
Location: Leicester – Narborough
Salary: Up to £27,500/ yr
About you
This role is the first level of the leadership ladder. It involves giving support and direction to the unit team and working closely with the deputy/ manager. It entails overseeing the smooth running of the unit, and ensuring that high quality care is being practised at all times. The Unit (Room) Leader is a trained and qualified childcare professional, who specialises in leadership and management. If you are someone with real passion for childcare who is looking to work within our professional organization, then this job is for you. The role is to assist the Management team to provide professional leadership and management of the nursery and to help ensure that all children receive the highest standards of care and education.
