:5B is a 22-bed medical/surgical unit specializing in women’s care, oncology, gynecology, and palliative/hospice care. The unit also cares for patients receiving chemotherapy. In addition, 5B provides post-operative care for plastic surgery and general surgery patients.
Shift: Part-time, 1st Shift
Job Summary:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed care team member, the Patient Care Tech (PCT/HUC) provides direct patient care and related support.
Performs selected nursing procedures and routine duties to assist medical and nursing personnel in the examination, treatment, and care of patients.
