Nursing Director of Operations

Cadmus Resources in Singapore is looking for a seasoned Nursing Department leader to manage overall operations aligned with the strategic plan. This role includes leading a nursing team, supervising clinical practices, and participating in hospital committees.

The ideal candidate will have 12 years of nursing management experience, including 5 years as a Senior Nurse Manager. A post-graduate qualification in Management or Nursing is preferred, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
