Job Description

• Ensure all nursing staff supervised comply with the policies and procedures established by TIH; monitor staff discipline including uniforms, attendance and punctuality and overall performance.
• Periodically review department’s policies, procedures, job descriptions etc. and recommend revisions as required. Report incidents to senior management as necessary.
• Monitor consumption of medication and general store. Assign staff duties, make nursing staff duty roster, utilize present pool of staff in order to avoid necessary staff overtime.
