NVM Device Technology Development Engineer

GlobalFoundries is looking for an (IPP) Engineer in Singapore to contribute to the development of advanced embedded non-volatile memory technologies. You will be responsible for device characterization, test structure design, and process flow development.

This role requires a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and programming skills in LabVIEW, Visual Basic, and C++. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are essential.
