OASIS Nurse *1 Year of RN Home Health Experience REQUIRED. ICD-10 and OASIS preferred*

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a OASIS Nurse.

In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for analyzing data integrity and consistency of OASIS documentation and assessment processes. Educates/works with clinical staff to clarify documentation and data integrity issues. Ensures appropriate coding and sequencing.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs other duties as assigned

Responsible for detailed review of OASIS clinical assessment documentation to ensure appropriateness, accuracy, completeness and compliance.

Consults with clinical staff. Provides educational guidance to clinicians on code selection, OASIS data item responses, documentation and Plan of Care development. Assures that documentation is consistent with the patient's condition and the reason for services provided.

Capture the clinical severity for the level of service provided to ensure quality, cost effective care and compliance.
