Locums OB/GYN Office + L&D, 1 in 4 Call Richmond, VA (Virginia license, local candidates) Why This Role

• Ongoing coverage with a collaborative team - 4 physicians, 5 midwives, 5 APPs
• Strong support: 1:1 clinical staff per provider (CMA/LPN/RN), onsite lab and ultrasound
• Mostly low-risk OB (90% low-risk, 10% high-risk) with a manageable GYN mix
• Epic EMR, Level III NICU on site
Assignment Details
• Coverage: ongoing
• Setting: office + hospital (OB-GYN call)
• Schedule: office hours 8-4 for the patient schedule; 24-hour call each day; weekdays include the office schedule as well
• Call: 1 in 4, managed through PerfectServe
• Volume: 25-30 scheduled patients/day; 3 exam rooms per provider
• GYN surgeries: 1-4/day depending on case (provider preference)
• C-section rate 10%
• NICU Level III; Trauma Level 2
