Occupational Health and Safety Officer - Petrochemical Industry

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Officer with at least 5 years of experience in the petrochemical industry to join our team in Cape Town (Western Cape ).

1. The ideal candidate will have a background in refinery or petrochemical operations and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations on-site.
2. This role requires registration as an CHSO with SACPCMP and a willingness to work away from home when necessary.
3. The Occupational Health and Safety Officer will work closely with the mechanical team, and a background in welding will be beneficial.
4. The candidate should also have an understanding of ISO standards relevant to the petrochemical industry.
